MSW, LCSW Psychotherapist

(She/They/Theirs)

I am passionate about supporting people in getting in touch with their innate wisdom and returning to wholeness. My work is rooted in the belief that there is nothing wrong with us. We just need support in finding what works and what doesn’t work and integrating the myriad parts of ourselves. I work within a relational framework and value collaboration every step of the way. It is also my commitment to create a safe space where the complexity of identity and experience is honored and affirmed.

I received my Masters in clinical social work at Smith College School for Social work in 2018 and worked in a community mental health setting in Springfield for two years following. There I had the privilege of working with a team of clinicians specializing in quality care for LGBTQIA++ clients, and worked with kids and adults doing art therapy, group therapy, crisis management, family therapy, and trauma recovery. I worked with trans and gender nonconforming teens and children and supported caregivers navigating their childs’ gender transition/exploration. In 2021, I went on to work in a residential rehab with adults in early recovery from substance use running a variety of recovery themed groups.

I believe that the body holds our stories and also knows the way forward. In my work, I incorporate the therapeutic modalities and frameworks of somatics, psychodynamic theory, attachment repair, social justice, relational practice, art therapy, Internal Family Systems, and strengths-based practice. I have also trained in a variety of energy healing modalities including Reiki, Spiritual Constellations and Spiritual Healing, and subtle energy awareness practices. My meditation and mindfulness background has shown me that everything we need in order to heal is within us.

It takes courage to reach out for help. Whatever challenges you are facing, be they questions related to the past, present, or future, we will work together to create a plan that works with your strengths and needs.
