It can be difficult to strip away the influences imposed upon us from an early age. We may struggle to find our true course, or feel stuck living according to external pressures; recognizing every so often, a discord between the head and the heart. I believe that every person is entitled to live an authentic and fulfilling life. The first step is to cultivate a deeper presence where we can feel the various forces moving through us. What clarity might present itself under such conditions?
My background in mindfulness practice permeates my approach with compassion, curiosity, and an open mind to support you in making contact with your own inner guidance. My approach is one of asking questions, with curiosity & openness; creating a space that is free of judgment, growth-oriented, and rich with insight. I specialize in navigating complex relationships by supporting clients to recognize and take ownership over their needs and desires— the very roots of our life force.
I offer concrete and accessible ways of restoring connection wherever it is lost, whether with oneself, with your environment, or with another. The work offers a blend of somatic exercises to deepen self-connection, a toolbox of skills for communication that supports harmony, healing, and aliveness in relationships, role-plays to practice new ways of relating to self and with others, rituals that allow for deepening to place, Source and self, and ‘life principles’ that create mental+emotional expanse, abundance, and more ease in stepping into the Great Flow of your life.
