MDiv, MS, Psychotherapist
(She/Her/Hers)
As a psychotherapist, I have deep respect for the complex and unique stories we all carry. My 15+ years of experience in hospice attuned me to the vulnerabilities that are part of being human and taught me how to lean in and listen with care and empathy. I use evidence based treatments to assist with anxiety, depression, grief, relational issues, PTSD, neurodivergence and to help rebuild a sense of meaning, purpose and belonging. I have CBT, DBT, ACT, Internal Family Systems, grief and psychodynamic training. As a dance teacher, physical integration of emotional work is also part of what I can offer.
We collaborate to address your needs in a way that helps you feel more present and available in your life. We work together to build a pace that allows you a sense of safety while bringing you closer to your goals. As you feel seen and heard, you begin to see and hear yourself and experience a greater sense of peace and ease. The dance of integrating the past and the present, the spirit and the mind, the body and our thoughts is one that can be as joyful as it is challenging. I believe in the resilience and beauty of the human spirit and in this work. I offer myself as guide heart and soul.
Therapy is a sacred journey, a dance of integration and discovery, a way of inhabiting a new present and past. For me, this is holy ground and I walk on it with intention, care, and respect.
