MSW, LCSW Psychotherapist

(She/Her/Hers)

An integral part of healing from stress and trauma is connecting with and befriending the body. I support clients in cultivating a sense of safety, embodiment, and connection within themselves as a basis for healing, growth and self-discovery. Recently, I’ve been deeply inspired by Hakomi Therapy, a mindfulness-based method — I will complete the two-year post-graduate program in March 2025. I am a clinical social worker, as well as certified in both Kripalu Yoga and Somatic Expressive Therapy.

I’m excited to work with clients who are interested in peeling back the layers of their experience through explorations in mindfulness, which include creative “experiments” and following what happens next — whether a sensation, impulse, memory, image. This gentle, transformative process helps to uncover unconscious beliefs and habits that get in the way of what a person wants in life. I’m honored to work with clients in realizing deeper truths and desires that lead to spaciousness and freedom in the mind, body, and heart.

My integrative approach to psychotherapy weaves in tools and techniques geared towards strengths, values, and goals — drawing from therapeutic models such as Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Each person has a unique path through the therapeutic experience, so a broad range of methods supports the work.
