Anealisa Jacobsen

I am endlessly fascinated with people’s stories and the lifeways and cultural threads that weave through them. I am highly intuitive and seek to empower the people I serve through a wholistic lens that honors where we are at while helping to strive for our most immense potentials. I believe deeply that we flourish most through a sense of belonging and that community integration and systemic perspective can break down the barriers that divide us from one another and cause pain and loneliness in our society. I am a multicultural Latina artist and community organizer at heart and believe the creative voice is essential to healing our world. I am integrally committed to uplifting my Bipoc and underheard people in particular and fostering lasting social change in my actions and work for the betterment of a fragmented society.
