LICSW, M.ED, IASI Psychotherapist

(He/His/Him)

I began my healing work in 2012 as a bodywork practitioner and since that time have been invested in the connection between the physical and emotional aspects of health. We are seeing a promising surge in evidence-based research that demonstrates how this balance is crucial to our overall health. Treating the whole person, both mind and body, are essential to my healing approach. My therapeutic practice is informed by my experience in Clinical Social Work, my training in Structural Integration Bodywork, and my career in movement/dance.

I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. In my sessions a safe space is created with emotional support to help uncover patterns that may not be supporting your optimal well-being. My therapy sessions are tailored to the needs of each client and involve a combination verbal processing, sensory motor and nervous-system regulation, and embodied modalities that support integration. Through various relaxation, self-soothing, and co-regulation techniques, we take the time needed to slow down and unwind tension. As the body experiences a deepened level of calm and relief, there can be insight into new perspectives that supports forward movement in oneโ€™s life path.

I feel honored to join people in their journeys of self-discovery and healing.
